  • Drive success of key programs integrated into supply chains for Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, and Virgin Galactic.

  • Provided periodic in-process inspection and guidance to fabrication technicians.

  • Created work orders to capture material and process traceability information compliant to ISO, AS9100, and NADCAP.

  • Performed final inspection of over 2000 precision fabricated aircraft components to achieve 100% supplier quality rating.

  • Designed production aids via Solidworks, Catia, and utilized FDM 3D printing to fabricate prototypes.

  • Created and managed Work Order system to prioritize all plant maintenance needs.

  • Responsible for all equipment downtime related to technical failure and coordination of timely solutions.

  • Coordinated all outside technicians and contractors needed for plant repairs and improvements.

  • Implemented and tracked new Preventative Maintenance procedures, targeted 0% unscheduled machine downtime.

  • Used failure risk analysis to maintain necessary spare parts and supplies inventory.

  • Hands-on repair work as needed; assisted with large projects and machine rebuilds.
